By using Lens Strata, the Lens website or the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. Lens is provided "as is", with a commitment to continuous, transparent improvement.
Lens Strata retrieves sources, checks answers and agent actions against them and keeps a record of what was checked. The methods and models that produce those results are proprietary and confidential trade secrets of Lens. The methods, models and Lens branding remain the exclusive property of Lens, are provided under confidentiality and may not be reverse-engineered, reproduced or disclosed. Misrepresenting Lens output or the checks behind it is strictly prohibited.
Waitlist position does not guarantee immediate access to Founding Member features. Access will be rolled out in phases to ensure the integrity of the infrastructure.
Users who attempt to manipulate results, exploit technical vulnerabilities or harass other users will have their access permanently revoked.
Lens shows which sources support or dispute an answer and records what was checked. Those results are informative tools and do not constitute legal advice or an absolute determination of truth.
